Description
Amala Candy Titaura is made from goosberry pulp mixed with salt, sugar chili and spices. Amala ( Gooseberry ) is consumed raw as well as boiled and dried to make titaura and pickle. The pulp is low in calories and good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, manganese and dietary fiber.
Titaura is highly popular food in Nepal as a snack, usually made with fruits. It is favorite among teens and adults.
